Fix: Remove problematic characters from temp password generation

- Remove special characters (!@#$%^&*) that cause login issues
- Remove ambiguous characters (I, O, l, i, o, 0, 1) for better readability
- Keep only alphanumeric characters for safe copy-paste and input
